(1) FIRST MEETING
The first meeting usually takes 2-3 hours in client's home or office.
At this time, I will determine the sitting, and the size of the
painting with the client. The contract will be signed and 1/4 of
the fee for deposit will be made at this point. Then I will photograph
the portrait subject, and do some quick sketches.
(2) COMPOSITION PROOF
A pencil sketch will be made and sent to client for composition
proof. Another 1/4 of the fee will be due upon approval of the composition,
then I will start to paint the portrait in my studio.
(3) SECOND MEETING
The completed portrair will be presented to client in studio, or
approval from 4X5 transparency or a photograph. At which time reasonable
adjustment for the portrait can be made, and a final sitting in
studio may be needed.
(4) DELIVERY
Balance is payable before delivery is made.

Fee for each additional person in the portrait
shall be 100%.
Prices quoted are for plain or minimal backgrounds.
Prices quoted do not include sales tax or framing.
Reasonably priced framing is available from the artist if desired.
